Sokolov playing the second Czech league drubbed Senco Doubravka 3:0 and will play probably against Sparta Prague in the next round. Home team could not count on injured stopper Novak. Doubravka did not play a poor game. Home forward Simr missed the cage in the first half. Sokolov struck after half an hour. Podrazky was all alone and nervelessly opened the score. Two minutes later the same footballer beat the goalkeeper again. Fifteen minutes before the full time a substituting player Javorsky got on the scoresheet and closed down the score. "We created four scoring chances in the first half and we scored two goals. We wanted to challenge Sparta which we managed," satisfied coach of Sokolov Stanislav Purkart claimed.
